AUSTIN - Representative Pete Gallego would like to remind everyone that the Appliance Rebate Program begins tomorrow, April 7. "This program is to help folks who have needed to make those upgrades to new washers, dryers, and refrigerators but have been unable to because of their price" Gallego said. As any government rebate program there are rules and guidelines to be followed.

Also, the purchases must be made after April 16 and the deadlines vary depending on the products purchased.
